GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH • We promote from within • Regular performance reviews • Uncapped bonus/override structure • We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach • Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE • Coaching, Coaching, Coaching for improved performance and comfort of our Design Consultants • A minimum of 4 ride alongs per week with our Consultants • Manage and hold weekly Sales Meetings both in person and virtual. • Hold at least one coaching session per week with underachievers. • Participate in and contribute to weekly sales leadership meetings. • Provide constructive feedback to Design Consultants…written and verbal. • Use company provided reporting tools consistently. • Maintain accountability standards and use PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans) where required. Skill Sets: • Preference will be given to candidates with prior successful in-home selling experience and leadership. • Must be able to navigate through various software platforms, prior experience with Sales Force is helpful. • Must be proficient with Outlook and comfortable around other Office platforms. • Strong servant leadership principals • Strong customer service skills THE RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window-replacement division of 115-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America.
