Position Summary
The Teacher ESE/SPED (Remote) role provides virtual instruction and guidance to Youth in accordance with their individual education plans, using applicable online platforms e.g., google classroom/TEAMS in accordance with recognized curriculum standards, and compliance with instructional guidelines as defined by the local School District and educational systems. The Teacher ESE/SPED (Remote) role partners with the Education Liaison Specialist for South Carolina and each Director of Education/Lead Teacher at assigned programs.
You must have:
We prefer that you have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Education and certification in the area in which you will teach, but we also welcome applicants who have degrees in other fields and are seeking agreements to earn in their field of study. We prefer Team Members have experience working with at-risk youth (this is not a deal-breaker), but we can also provide training to allow the right candidate to be successful in working with our Youth and helping us to : "Separate a Troubled Past from a Bright Future".
