We are looking for an outstandingSr Human Resources Generalist/HR Business Partnerto partner with the US leaders of our Material Solutions Division (MSD), headquartered in Rock Hill, SC. Reporting to the HR Director, LATAM and MSD Americas, and collaborating with our HR Centers of Excellence, you will implement actions relating to the talent, organization, and engagement strategy. What you will do:

  • Partner with operations, sales, and business leaders to manage people and organizational issues including employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management and HR function initiatives.

  • Support the organization change management initiatives required to evolve the MSD US operating model, as well as the ongoing integration of the division into the broader MKS structure.

  • Evolve and embed talent strategies in line with MKS global practice to enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement.

  • Implement company-wide programs and initiatives for the MSD US team (e.g., Workforce Planning, Total Rewards, Organizational Change, Performance Management, Talent Development, and Succession Planning).

What you bring to the team, along with your high learning agility is:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 4+ years progressive Human Resources experience in areas including employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruiting, and training.

  • OR if no degree - 8+ years of progressive HR experience in experience in areas including employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruiting, and training.

AND

  • Experience supporting manufacturing/operations teams, particularly in partnering with leaders to develop culture to desired state and drive holistic change to improve employee attraction and retention.Experience managing change, shaping culture, coaching front line leaders, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance.

  • Exceptional communications skills, and technical proficiency with Microsoft suite (Excel, Powerpoint, etc).

It's also nice if you have:

  • Master's Degree in an applicable field

  • Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.

  • Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and make independent decisions.

  • Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence.
