Your Day-to-Day:

SAP Order Entry and maintenance as well as Sales Order Invoicing support. Other duties include functions such as supporting the Production Readiness Reviews, post job reviews, support Fuel Contract Managers with data management and reporting such as End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs), SharePoint site maintenance, GSQA (Product Records document system) and customer orders. Generates monthly department reports including Monthly Billing & Payment Milestones, corrective actions, and training reports.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

  • High school plus two years technical school training in an engineering related discipline or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Requires a high school degree or its equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks and is familiar with Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Works under general supervision; reports to a Fuel Portfolio Manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Attention to detail is important. SAP knowledge is preferred, but not required.
