Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform new system installations, system upgrades, and existing system additions
  • Perform service to installed systems as needed
  • Acknowledge, implement, and enforce all SAS policies and procedures
  • Maintain an on-going library of all SAS policies, procedures, and technical manuals
  • Submit accurate and timely documentation to your immediate supervisor (job status, data entry information, time sheets)
  • Attend classroom, web based, and field training as directed by the Branch Manager
  • Comply with the SAS vehicle policy and company handbook
  • Maintain the appropriate truck stock supplies/tools/equipment
  • Maintain the appropriate basic hand tools necessary to perform required duties.
  • Other duties may also be assigned
  • Please note that the essential functions may vary depending on department size, organizational structure and/or geographic location

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic security service and troubleshooting
  • Napco burg alarm, BrivoAccess control, Honeywell Firelite fire alarms, Hanwha cameras, DSC burg alarms, Axis cameras, software house access control experience
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
