The Human Resources Senior Manager is a key position on the Corporate HR team supporting the organization. This position is responsible for performing human resource capabilities to help drive business growth and support the business. This position will be considered a trusted advisor and provide partnership to the most senior levels of the organization to support the organization's strategy.
HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the VP, Human Resources Corp/HUBS in supporting the Corporate/HUBS population at Hubbell Incorporated. The position will be considered a trusted advisor to the business in relation to all areas of human resources in support of business strategy.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day Human Resources management but will also be a leader in developing and implementing the strategic goals of the Human Resources team. The incumbent will also work with colleagues across the HR function to ensure the aligned and effective delivery of HR support and services including but not limited to recruiting, training, development, performance management, compensation, organizational design, employee relations and coaching.
This position reports directly into the Vice President, Human Resources and can be based at one of Hubbell's primary locations.
