Regional Finance, a financial services company, is undergoing a digital transformation. By leveraging a new streamlined lending platform, we plan to drive more leads, more loans, higher conversion rates, and ultimately more satisfied customers. Our fully digitized customer experience will complement our well-established, high touch branch-based interactions. We are searching for a Digital Partnership Senior Manager to play a critical role in this transformation - engaging partners to drive loans and revenue, and to assist with shaping our omni-channel strategy.
Duties and responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Partnership Senior Manager will recruit and manage affiliate partnerships and performance-based marketing partners, scale and optimize programs, retain and grow relationships, and provide critical reporting and analysis. This position will also work cross-functionally, particularly with the Technology and Operations teams, to drive digital partner marketing strategy and oversee integration with our digital capabilities in alignment with the overarching digital strategy.
This role will be responsible for supporting a variety of partnerships, both large and small, identifying and implementing opportunities for significant growth and/or efficiency, and onboarding and testing new relationships. This individual will leverage their knowledge of the digital partner space, analytical skills, enthusiasm for delivering an extraordinary customer experience, driven work ethic, and strong written and oral communication skills to help drive existing and new digital marketing partner efforts to new heights.
