Mission

We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team at Reeves. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide support for various accounting functions. This position offers a learning opportunity to gain experience in regional accounting functions, with the potential for promotion to a higher-level role within those regions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional accounting team in various accounting functions
  • Calculate and process information and transactions weekly using multiple systems.
  • Assign cost codes to different transactions.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • Provide analysis to management team members to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in accurate reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in using the entire Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and OneNote.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future advancement opportunities.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Proficient use of a computer, including typing and data entry.
