Shift: 2nd shift 2PM -10:30PM Monday - Thursday OT as necessary on Friday

- Verify job order to determine the correct number and size of corrugated is needed for the production run as well as verify all necessary required materials is staged for packing
- Ensure reclaim cart is positioned and marked according to reclaim guidelines during run.
- Able to visually identify defects to ensure good quality.
- Pack finished goods according to customer specifications.
- Set scales to indicate first full box and monitor during production to make sure the weights do not fluctuate.
- Label and seal boxes and place on a pallet.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately and timely reported.
- Ensure that proper guarding is in place on all machines for a safe working environment.
- Rotate and replace reclaim carts, pallets, and finished goods as needed during process.
- Able to remove scrap from machine and place in designated reclaim cart.
- Monitors reclaim quality according to reclaim procedures
- Participate in daily housekeeping duties keep area around machine free of debris
- You can speak, read, and write English
- You have prior experience in Packing work preferred
- You can follow written and oral directions
- You an operator a pallet jack
- You are dependable and reliable
