Overview

The Document Services Specialist works closely with TRC's Project Managers and technical staff in the following areas: document coordination and administrative duties as required to meet client expectations.

  • Word Processing
  • Proposals - short and long form
  • Letters
  • Memos
  • Work Authorizations
  • Reports
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
  • Multi-Year
  • Ability to modify and create templates in Word.
  • Provide editorial reviews and quality assurance on all deliverables to clients.
  • Use client's website to access documents for processing and upload (i.e., Norfolk Southern).
  • Printing, binding, and shipping client deliverables.
  • Organize and prioritize workload to efficiently meet all client commitments and TRC Project Management timelines.
  • Support GRN Admin Team with various administrative tasks.

This position will be onsite 5 days per week and located in Greenville, South Carolina.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are critical as well as multi-tasking and priority setting skills. Must be a team player, detail oriented, flexible, and willing to initiate, delegate, and follow-through on assignments.


Qualifications

  • Ability to act as a team player.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and an ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, client-oriented atmosphere.
  • Advanced software skills in Microsoft Word.
  • Intermediate software skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience with OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and/or other Microsoft software a plus.
  • 3 - 5 years professional experience in an office environment.
