THE HIGH LEVEL

The DE&I and Events Intern will research best practices for DEI programs within similar companies, speaking to authorities and making recommendations to our team. You will build out a 12-month program for our corporate DEI program. The Intern will also take our events calendar for the year and create project plans, book details, order supplies, etc. for all HR events in the next 12 months.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • This role requires someone who can shift from priority to priority and not drop any balls while juggling
  • You should be able to manage your time well, speak up and partner with appropriate HR leadership as needed
  • You must be thorough! This is an important project and we need someone who cares deeply for the results
  • Excellent research skills are essential
  • This candidate should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business.

Candidates must live in the DC metro area and be able to visit our Herndon Headquarters on occasion. Must be available during the day to participate in video calls/meetings.
