Physical Requirements
3.5.1 Thephysical requirements may be stressful even though a majority
of the time is sitting. Body movements of turning the head and
torso, bending and flexing the arms, wrists and fingers are
required. The senses required are being able to see and hear and
having full power of speech.
Mental
3.6.1 Mustbe able to work under stressful deadline situation.
3.6.2 Mustbe able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
3.6.3 Mustbe able to comprehend business math and interpret data from
various sources. Computer skills are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
4.1
Work will be in a climate-controlled office approximately half the time
with the other half spent in the field. Workdays will typically be from 8 to 10
hours per day with some early morning or late evening meeting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Help Project Manager hire, terminate, and/or change the duties of assigned
personnel, following established company policies, procedures, and
practices.

Assist with the development and implementation of normal operating
procedures for overall project operations.
Approve material purchases and equipment rentals not covered in the
estimate and not on hand or available.

Act as company representative in negotiations with the owners.
Approve the purchase of tools and supplies over $75.00 in value.
Approve all overtime hours above a 10% limit over budget to meet the
needs of the project.

Approve all contract agreements and cost of all outside repairs of
equipment assigned to the site(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1
The duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager are to
assist the Project Manager in the achievement and fulfillment of all his/her
job duties.
