Job Title: Director MNC Auto-Mobility Americas
Job Location: Charleston, SC


Director of MNC Auto-Mobility will manage, control and develop the overall identified Corporate Customers. This includes engagement strategies & activities in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets, human resources and team development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong existing customer relationships and loyalty by ensuring customer satisfaction including addressing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage and develop a defined portfolio of customers ensuring lasting relationship within the region
  • Responsible for maintaining customer business profiles within the sales management system
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Product, Finance, Operations to satisfy customer needs and to ensure service is provided effectively
  • Conduct customer meeting/sales visits (potential & existing) and deliver value based solutions
  • Lead market profiling and customer/competitor research activities to understand market opportunities and challenges
  • Develop & deliver effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth
  • Working with the bid team, develop and deliver winning solutions on RFQ's/tenders/bids
  • Support the development of a high performance sales culture within the countries in the AM Region
  • Plan, organize and lead an effective virtual team of Business Development / Key Account Managers in Countries
  • Help to achieve strong sales performance results with virtual team members across the region


Skills / Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of solid experience in the logistics or forwarding industry with specific focus on customer business in the Auto-Mobility sector
  • Consisting of at least 2 years dealing with major accounts on a regional level
  • Relevant experience with international Auto-Mobility supply chain, particular focus within the Americas is an advantage
  • Management & decision making with strong planning & organizational skills
  • Auto-Mobility industry knowledge and expertise including developing trends
  • Forwarding services knowledge and expertise
  • Customer relationship management
  • Cross-cultural management experience
