This position will be responsible for providing support, configuration and maintenance for finance and accounting applications. These applications include MS Office Suite, Workday Adaptive and Oracle PeopleSoft ERP, as well as several others.

Responsibilities:

• Support Finance and Accounting teams use of Workday Adaptive via updates and maintenance of calculations, versions and metadata.

• Support Finance and Accounting teams use of Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2 through maintenance of chartfields, queries and nVision reports.

• Ensure daily and weekly financial system tasks are completed accurately.

• Provide business analyst support for testing and migration of changes made to existing financial systems functions.

• Support Accounts Payable team members by learning of Chrome River imaging application.

• Provide Business Analyst skills to various Information Systems projects that are assigned to the Financial Systems team.

Skills & Requirements:

• BA/BS degree in Information Systems or equivalent required.

• 2-4 years of Workday Adaptive administrative experience preferred.

• 2-4 years of Oracle PeopleSoft administrative experience preferred.

• 2-4 years of Microsoft Office experience.

• The ability to follow daily and weekly tasks and be detail oriented.

• Strong MS Office skills: Excel

• Starting salary: $85,000
