What we're seeking:

The Digital Analyst will be fully accountable for the execution and implementation of behavioral and performance analytics on the Frontier Cart and to manage its performance. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Analytics.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in web analytics and voice-of-customer solutions to analyze ecom user behavior, mine, and surface insights, and provide actionable recommendations aimed at conversion rate optimization (CRO) and driving the overall com user experience.

In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and four assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX.

What we need in you:

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with internal groups/stakeholders/vendors (including Marketing, Sales, IT, Care, Product, Content, and Digital) to understand, define, and implement analytic requirements that surface Frontier Cart performance, understanding, and insights. Strong project management skills and laser-sharp attention to detail are a must for this role. The ability to switch quickly and efficiently between tasks and projects is essential.

What you'll do:

This role will be accountable for executing, implementing, and managing the measurement and analytics strategy for Frontier Cart performance. Initiatives/responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborating with IT, business leads, product, marketing, and other business intelligence teams to enable detailed measurement of Frontier Cart performance
  • Leverage web analytics tools (Quantum, Adobe), Voice-of-Customer, and site behavior tools -
    • Provide technical requirements for analytics tracking and measurement around critical and secondary KPIs
    • Creation of dashboards that provide engagement and conversion funnel metrics
    • Leverage "offline" data sources that help analyze opportunities in the cart experience
    • Reporting and interpretation of data to help business leaders understand key behavioral and sales performance insights
  • Reporting on the status of capability/feature launches and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate challenges that might arise
  • Manage session replay, heatmap, and click/engagement reporting. Share findings, insights, and recommendations with the UX/Testing teams and other stakeholders to drive conversion
  • Manage alerting and anomaly reporting to quickly surface problems/opportunities in the cart flow and initiate needed actions. Partner with IT/devs to address possible technical issues
  • Writing JIRA feature stories to lead requirements and functional needs of the business to measure the experience
  • Provide cart performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports/analysis with a focus on a combination of leadership-level reporting and tactical-level performance management
  • Manage critical relationships with internal teams and external partners/vendors
  • Identify sales/com optimizations that could drive higher conversion and revenue growth
  • Drive cart feature roadmaps with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and sales growth
  • Employee/stakeholder analytics training and support

  • Salary Range: $54,000 to $118,000

What background should you have:

  • A passion for making data-driven decisions, with strong communication, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong experience working with e-commerce analytics data, drawing granular and high-level insights, and crafting recommendations based on the data
  • Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills. Well-versed in presenting data with the ability to contextualize data and "tell the story"
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Adobe Analytics or Quantum Metrics. Demonstrated expertise in creating reports, dashboards, segments, and calculated metrics
  • Preferred: Minimum 1-year experience working with a voice-of-customer survey platform (such as Medallia, ForeSee, and others)
  • Preferred: Minimum 1-year experience working with a session replay tool (such as Decibel, Full Story, or others).
  • Preferred: Minimum 1-year experience working with a heatmapping tool (such as Crazy Egg, Hotjar, or others)
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, site tagging and tracking code. Familiar working with developer tools (including Omnibug) for auditing tags and code
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, and others)
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Min Bachelor's degree required
