Position Summary:

In this role you will contribute to the development and management of initiatives that support implementation of Bunge's strategy and mission to integrate respect for human rights in its global operations. Work involves the management of multiple projects, providing advisory services to cross-functional global and regional teams, risk assessments, providing input into the human rights strategy and planning, and delivering training to internal audiences. You will model a culture of ethics and integrity and work with a broad set of stakeholders at all job levels throughout the company.

Successful candidate will have prior human rights experience, including knowledge of supply chains and legal requirements, as well as excellent project management skills, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and presentation skills - both verbally and in writing. An educational background in areas including project management, business, human rights and supply chain management is desired.

Main Accountabilities
* Develop and maintain the project management framework, including templates, tools, and guidelines to support project execution which includes continuous improvement.
* Support implementation of the Bunge Human Rights Policy through managing and leading initiatives supporting the strategic integration of human rights approaches across Bunge operations, supply chains and business processes
* Actively contribute to the continual enhancement of Bunge's human rights and social impact frameworks and strategy
* Develop risk matrices and recommendations for key issues, such as evaluating geographies or partners based on social, labor and human rights dimensions
* Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of developments relating to emerging human rights, social impact and sustainability regulatory and industry trends
* Benchmark peer and other industry approaches relating to human rights and social impact management
* Draft and provide training to teams to advance continual improvement of our human rights and social impact goals and performance objectives.
* Develop inputs for internal and external ESG reporting disclosures, such as Bunge annual Corporate Sustainability Report
* Represent Bunge in industry and multistakeholder meetings

Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, supply chain, operations, public policy or other relevant degree
* 6+ years of demonstrated subject matter expertise in the field of business and human rights, social impact, social responsibility, or corporate responsibility experience, preferably in a national or global company
* Demonstrated exceptional project management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in engaging across Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Communications and External Reporting teams effectively and ability to influence with integrity
* Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills to support effective relationship-building with diverse stakeholders, including strong listening skills and the ability to understand differing perspectives

Preferred experience:
* Experience managing business and human rights or social performance within a company
* Proven ability to analyze and present findings in a clear and cohesive manner
* Proven track record to think creatively, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving, project management and a strong desire for progress and continuous improvement.
* Adept at managing change and working through ambiguity to identify and drive to a solution, both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence with integrity
* Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related business software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
* Domestic and international travel up to 15% of the time
