Multi functional job requires incumbents to be cross trained to perform Unit Secretary duties as well as at least one other clinical support job at least 20% of time in each role. Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks involved in the operations of the department. Coordinates activities of the office. Works with the manager regarding any issues or concerns within the department to ensure resolution of issues while maintaining compliance. Demonstrates initiative and is perceptive of needs and requirements of the Manager
